In order to benefit from the experience winners must present themselves at the Nicola Ceravolo Stadium at least 2 hours before the start of the match.

Payment must be made no later than 1 hour after the close of the auction and, at the same time, the successful bidder must provide the name of him/herself and of the accompanying person.

In order to take advantage of the full experience, winners must not hold a season ticket or other access ticket for the same event.
